Use as a spice rub for meats, fish, seafood, veggies, or tofu. Simply empty the contents of the sachet into a bowl and add some finely chopped garlic and ginger with a little oil or water and whisk together.
As a marinade with meat, fish, seafood, veggies, or tofu simply empty contents into a small food processor or magic bullet along with garlic, ginger and liquid of your choice like coconut milk, yoghurt or stock and you’re ready to go.
Use Lush Delights Laksa paste as a spice base in your slow cooker or pressure cooker. Simply fry with a little oil, chopped onion, chopped garlic and ginger. Then add to your slow cooker or pressure cooker with the liquid base of your choice, meat and/or veggies with some fresh herbs and thats it!
